What is Captcha?

Captcha is a tool that stops automatic spamming programs from filling in forms.  This tool is necessary for the protection of the website.

I copy what is written but it is rejected, what do I do?

This Captcha is the latest in the battle for security, so it is different from older versions.  With this version you need to answer the maths question.

I can't read the Captcha, what can I do?

You can refresh the page to get a new Captcha, however you will lose any information you entered.

The Captcha image is not displayed what can I do?

This is not easy to answer, as the problem is probably on your computer. There are many variables on each computer system that can effect the displaying of the captcha.  Some things you can try are:

1. On your browser enable cookies.
2. On your browser check the privacy settings.
3. Check your Anti-virus program to see if it is set to block certain images.
4. Check your Anti-spyware program to see if it is set to block certain images.
5. Check your Firewall to see if it is set to block certain images.
