2011 AGM
Dear Member,
You are cordially invited to join the Committee of the New World Theatre Club for our Annual General Meeting. This year it will be held on June 20th at Neumunster Abbey at 7:30 pm.

The Annual General Meeting:
  1. Is presented with and approves/disapproves the financial report for the preceding financial year (1 May 2010 – 30 April 2011).
  2. Although not required by the statutes, an activity report for the same period as above will be presented.
  3. Discharges the current committee, and when appropriate elects new committee members.

Our current show "The Devil his Due" is looking for some help.  The Limpertsberg Theatre Space needs to be prepared for the show.  If you can help please come to 85, avenue Pasture on the 21st of May at 13h for load-in.  If you can not make it then but would still like to help, you can come and help dismantel the show after the performance on the 28th.
