Thank you to those of you who have already responded to the invitation to our

AGM BARBECUE in Sandweiler on Tuesday 27th June 2023 at 7.30 pm
(address: see documents below) 

It will take the form of a bbq and potluck immediately after the administrative side has been concluded.  You provide your bbq items and a drink and we will provide the glasses, plates, cutlery, sides and salads. A back-up solution will be in place in case of bad weather; this will be communicated nearer the time.

There is still time to register by e-mailing committee@nwtc.lu before the end of this week, so please don't hesitate to put your name down if you have not already done so. And if you wish to vote, don't forget to make the corresponding membership fee payment ahead of the meeting.
